Implement Neuhauser sales strategy across the USA and Canada, driving up sales volumes and revenue while enhancing profit margins.

 

Responsabilities

  • Drive the execution of our tailored sales strategy for both existing clients and potential prospects.
  • Expand our product visibility and reach among clients and prospects within the region.
  • Anticipate customer needs and offer tailored recommendations for the most appropriate products and services.
  • Lead negotiations on commercial agreements and oversee their seamless implementation.
  • Guarantee accuracy in sales forecasts and uphold coordination with the supply chain.
  • Offer strategic insights during budget preparation to optimize resources and maximize results.
  • Responsibly manage client budgets and operational accounts to drive profitability.
  • Stay ahead of the competition by consistently gathering and analyzing market intelligence.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience developing national foodservice and hypermarkets accounts in the US and/or Canada.
  • Proficiency in handling numbers, including sales prices and margins.
  • Solid skills in conducting negotiations.
  • Experience in developing long-term sales strategies and managing administrative tasks.
  • Business gravitas and natural persuasion skills.
  • Demonstrate perseverance in overcoming challenges.
  • Ability to customize offers to meet client needs.
  • Fluency in both English and French.
